Pricing is calculated simply per user per month. As your total user count increases, your per-user rate drops automatically. Adding more biometric devices gives you cumulative volume discounts.

How does active user progressive tier pricing work?
Active users are billed progressively across volume brackets during each 30-day billing cycle.
For example, your first 250 active users are calculated at $0.050/user, the next 250 users (251–500) drop to $0.035/user, and volume beyond 2,000 active users is charged at just $0.015/user.
How are connected device multipliers applied?
Instead of charging high fixed per-device fees, Biosyn applies marginal multipliers to your base user calculation.
Your 1st device has a 1.00x multiplier, your 2nd device adds 0.75x (25% discount), and all 3rd+ devices add only 0.50x (50% discount) each.
When will I be billed and is there a setup fee?
There are $0 setup or installation fees. Biosyn operates on a post-paid rolling 30-day billing cycle. You are invoiced at the end of each 30 days based on the peak active users and devices connected during that period.
What counts as an "Active User"?
An active user is any employee or cardholder synced in your Biosyn organization location during the 30-day cycle who can record attendance punches or access control logs on your connected hardware.
Can I cancel or scale down anytime?
Yes. There are no annual lock-in contracts. You can remove devices or deactivate users anytime, and your next 30-day invoice will automatically reflect the reduced volume.
